  1. 1. 1 Why do most populations show a clumped distribution?
Resources are usually found in patches or clumps. They are usually gathered or concentrated at specific areas in the environment. Individuals usually go to where there are resources. As a result, populations clump together at the patches where there are resources, displaying a clumped distribution.
1.2 Has human population reached its carrying capacity?
No. The human population is still continuing to grow. However, this growth can't continue indefinitely. The human carrying capacity of the earth will be reached, and certain factors such as disease will make the population decrease so that it is under or at carrying capacity.

  3. 1.1 Populations will clump where resources are available.
1.2 Human population willgrow untill resources are limited then, hopefully, our population will not fluctuate at cc.

Yes Waqar, humans are at the top of the food chain.

    2. No, the human population has not reached carrying capacity, but when it does reach carrying capacity, the population will fluctuate based on factors contributing to the survival of humans.

  5. 1. 1 Why do most populations show a clump distribution?
Most populations show a clump distribution because essential resources such as food and shelter are not always perfectly spread out. They are usually in clumps, and the different members of the population will clump according to the best resources.
1.2 Has human population reached its carrying capacity?
The human population has not reached its carrying capacity. This means that on a graph, the human population is still rising, not fluctuating.
