I watched the 4th video clip, and i have a question. why do agents that cause cancer also cause mutagens? How do these agents alter some ones/somethings DNA?
Jared, mutagens are the agents that cause mutations on the DNA. Certain chemicals and UV light are examples of mutagens. We will study more about mutations tomorrow in class!
In class we talked about how our pets had tumors/cancer. Does cancer occur in other animals IDENTICALLY to humans?
