    the oil spill is dangerous because it kills many fish and other animals and disrupts the natural biodiversity of that ecosystem

    The spill is dangerous for the ecologically fragile Louisiana coastline because it can further harm endangered species and/or disrupt the many species' homeostasis.

    2. How many gallons a day are being released into the Gulf of Mexico from this accident?
    Different analyses have different records, so I'm not exactly sure which to answer for this.

    crews are burning, dispersing, and plugging the leak but it is unsuccessful.
